Conditions we treat
Universally, what our nurses see is situations where independence and health deteriorates due to lower limb disease. We have partnered with facilities and clinics to decrease this risk.
Over 9 million Canadians are living with diabetes or pre-diabetes. Soft Soles provides education and support for those newly diagnosed or currently under physician care. Filament testing, neuropathy assessment, and regular foot care visits can help prevent long-term complications and maintain independence.
Call us to book a visit at home or your facility. A Soft Soles nurse brings everything — one phone call is all it takes.
